SFC scan unable to repair files

Experienced issue with games not starting (haven't seen an issue with any other programmes), applies to some of my Steam games and some of my Origin games.

I therefore ran a full system scan through cmd which gave me 'Windows Resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them'.

I checked the logs and I found this:

it's unable to repair 'Amd64', which seems like it could be serious, any help?

    One Samsung 1tB drive - 5400 rpm. Gonna switch to a 7200/10000 rpm or an SSD (if I can find $500 for a 1tB SSD!)
