Recovery for acer aspire m error 0xc0000034

Help my laptop is one year old and is saying the boot configuration data file is missing some required information file:\BCD error code 0xc0000034. All help will be appreciated. I do not have a recovery disk or anything

Sorry but I am not sure I can do this as on the blue screen no buttons work not even the escape it says to do I can't access anything at all

Sorry for the late reply mate,

You cannot boot to the desktop even?

Are you able to enter the Safe Mode by pressing the F8 key during startup?

If still no, could you please follow these instructions and upload the Dump files in your next post?

I cannot enter safe mode all I can do is turn it on and look at the blue page. I don't have any installation disks as they did not come with my laptop. I am very stuck and just so you know I'm no computer expert so be as basic as possible when explaining anything I can do, thanks
