Hi

The only one crash dump you uploaded blames AVG as the reason behind the crash.

Code:
BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff80122ec0a2d, ffffd00029d0ecd0, 0}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\avgidsdrivera.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgidsdrivera.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for [B]avgidsdrivera.sys[/B]
Probably caused by : avgidsdrivera.sys ( avgidsdrivera+25f81 )

Please uninstall AVG and then run the cleaning tool to remove the remnants.

http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2014_4116.exe

I recommend Bitdefender free for protection - Free Antivirus Software - Download Bitdefender Antivirus Free

If the BSOD continues, please follow instructions from the below link and attach the diagnostic tool's output with next reply.

Your latest dumpfiles blame Probably caused by : nwifi.sys. When aWindows/system driver nwifi.sys is blamed when experiencing a BSOD
it's most likely not the problem. Most of the time further analysis is neededto determine the actual cause.
The driver that is mentioned in the dumpfile is athwbx.sys. This is the driver for your Qualcomm Atheros AR956x Wireless Network Adapter.
Please update to this windows 8.1 compatible driver from here Drivers for Atheros AR956x and Windows 8

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
Note: first check the support/driver downloadsite of your OEM model or system for the latest windows 8.1 drivers. Your model is Lenovo G505s Drivers and software - Lenovo G505s Notebook

thank you very much lifetec for your reply but i cant find updates nor the program responsible for the driver so i can uninstall it:
Lenovo HD Disk Driver
AMD USB Filter Driver
Lenovo ACPI Virtual Power Controller

also is it a good idea to change my os to windows 7 because i think i wont have any bsod problem in that or format it back to factory settings?

Your latest dumpfiles all pointed to network related problems.
Now you have updated your wireless and bluetooth drivers i suspect your system will be stable.

It could be that the Lenovo disk and virtual power power controller and AMD usb are the latest drivers and that these drivers will also work with windows 8.1. The latest version for the Lenovo Energy Management Driver for Windows 8 is 8.0.2.4.

Do you still have bsod after updating the drivers?
My advice stay with windows 8.1 and see how it develops.

I got another BSOD after i updated the the Qualcomm Atheros AR956x Wireless Network Adapter and i uninstalled Internet Download Manager. I cant update my bluetooth since its already using the latest driver but i found something interesting i saw on the events tab on my Atheros Bluetooth Driver that the Device was deleted on 1/23/14 but it says on the Device status that "This device is working properly" should i reinstall the the driver for it? because that might be the problem. I also updated the Lenovo Energy Management Driver to 8.0.2.4.

I would uninstal the driver and then manually update the driver to the latest version you have downloaded.('Don't let windows automatic install the driver).
The latest atheros bluetooth driver is Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth driver for Windows 8.1 (32/64bit) - v8.0.1.305.

Please could you upload a new SF diagnostic with your latest dumpfile, so we can analyze the bsod.

MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS (44)
A driver has requested that an IRP be completed (IoCompleteRequest()), but
the packet has already been completed. This is a tough bug to find because
the easiest case, a driver actually attempted to complete its own packet
twice, is generally not what happened. Rather, two separate drivers each
believe that they own the packet, and each attempts to complete it. The
first actually works, and the second fails. Tracking down which drivers
in the system actually did this is difficult, generally because the trails
of the first driver have been covered by the second. However, the driver
stack for the current request can be found by examining the DeviceObject
fields in each of the stack locations.

Could you check the driverversion of your bluetooth device probably Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 3.0.

Was this BSOD before after updating your bluetooth driver.

Lenovo has new windows 8.1 drivers for Lenovo power management, this will update your lenovo acpi virtual power controller Lenovo Power Management Driver for Windows 8.1 (32-bit, 64-bit), 8 (32-bit, 64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit), Vista (32-bit, 64-bit), XP - Notebook

Did you upgrade or uninstall AMD overdrive (AODdriver 2.sys)

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
NOTE: these symptoms were from the previous release of OverDrive. The new release uses the same driver name, but is dated from 4 November 2013.

My bluetooth driver version is 8.0.1.241 i think i installed the wrong one because i cant seem to download the 8.0.1.305 driver from (Drivers for Atheros AR3012 and Windows 8) when I clicked "Click for Download" it always give me the installer for windows 7 32\64bit and not windows 32/64 bit or that will still work even if the installer is for windows7? Yes the bsod happened before i update/reinstall the bluetooth driver and I uninstalled the AMD Overdrive I downloaded from the internet. I've installed the newest energy management driver, thank you.

Update: My laptop got another BSOD (Driver_Power_State_Failure) when it restarted after installing the energy management driver. IT got another BSOD again (unexpected_kernel_mode_trap) it seems after installing the latest driver from energy management that the bsod is becoming frequent.

Update: Been using my laptop for hours to see if it will receive another BSOD after (unexpected_kernel_mode_trap) but haven't received any BSOD of some sort. I hope that its gone or just make the BSOD not occuring that much.
