Hello,

Did a clean install of Windows 8.1 - I previously had Windows 7. I have already had 4 'Driver Power State Failure' BSODs. I have attached the files from the SF Diagnostic tool.

Any solutions?

NB: This is a custom built PC with an Asus P8H61-M LX3 Plus R2.0 mobo.

[h=1]Thanks in advance.[/h]

Hi lfc123 and welcome to the forums!

Driver_Power_State_Failure with code 9F means that an Input / Ouput Request was not received back by the operating system even after a long time.

I have analyzed your DUMP files and the problem is caused by "netr28ux.sys" . I was only able to analyze the first DUMP file as the second one is corrupt, dunno why?

Visit this link Driver Reference Table

and update your driver from the given link.

Let me know incase the problem is not resolved and I will be happy to assist more :)
Also, if this solves your problem, please don't forget to mark this thread as solved.
