Solved BSOD Playing various games WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

I just completed a build a few days ago and keep getting the BSOD with WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Usually this will happen when I have it under load, but it has happened with barely any load at all, so this is confusing me. My setup is;
ASUS Maximus VI Hero
Intel i7-4770k (Have had errors with OC and no OC)
G Skill Sniper 16GB 1866Mhz
Corsair H100i Liquid Cooler
EVGA GeForce GTX 780ti SC
SeaSonic 1000w Platinum (Yes I know overkill...plan on SLI later)
Samsung 840 EVO 256GB SSD
WD 1TB HDD
CoolerMaster Haf X case
ASUS BD DVD/RW Optical Drive

I have updated the BIOS and updated all drivers on all of the devices.

I was getting the BSOD early on during the initial build but as I updated everything it became less frequent. Now it seems to be more under load (Playing Crysis 3) I will work on getting a dump file, but wanted to get this started for visibility and see if anyone knows of a smoking gun.

Thanks blueelvis for the quick response.

Do I need to install the software and then it will pull the files or do I need to wait until the next BSOD after the Dump software install? If I need to recreate the BSOD, are there any load testing software that I could use to help create the issue and narrow it down? Example: A memory test, CPU test, GPU test, MOBO test, and a PSU test? I'm thinking that if I'm able to run the tests separately and able to create the BSOD on only one of the test that will help pinpoint the issue. If I get multiple BSOD then hopefully it will not be all of them. I just don't know what software is out there for these test.

Thanks for your help on this and sorry for the noobness.

Install the tool and let it run. It will collect the previous dump files and the related info of your PC. Furthermore, upload the files which are given by the tool first so that we could analyze it and narrow it down a lot else you would be wasting your time only doing every test as it might be possible because of a driver issue as well.

Furthermore, in case you are overclocking, please stop and revert back to factory settings and check if the BSOD's are resolved or not.

Hi there BEN!

I apologize for my late reply as I was busy my whole weekend. I have analyzed all of your DUMP files and the only bugcheck I saw was WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. This kind of bugcheck means that there is a low level problem either Hardware or the system level driver. A dump analysis has been quoted below :-

source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception

Every DUMP file gave me the same error which means that the L0 Cache is corrupt. This could be caused due to you have done overclocking and that has damaged the CPU or it is a factory defect. I would suggest you to send this proccy for RMA since you have built it just a few days ago.

Let me know, incase it is still not resolved and I would be glad to help you out.
