Help. BSOD at startup

I get BSOD once in a while during startup with "Kernel Data Inpage Error". I did chkdsk /f /r and tried memory diagnostic. got a positive result also did a clean install of windows but still getting BSOD. I've attached the files. Please help me out.

i installed the above drivers. now i get a blank screen but its still running so i connected my laptop to external monitor to test the display and got display in the monitor. Please help

The issue you described is video driver related and it is very unlikely to be caused by a chipset driver installation. Are you still facing the issue ?.
