This pops up sometimes on the desktop after I power on

Your PC RAN into a problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\040214-46000-01.dmp
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-104406-0.sysdata.xml

It asked me to send details to windows and I sent. I don't know what's the problem and these are the only other problems I experienced:
1)Slower cold booting
2)It takes a longer time for the lights to off after shutting down. Someone told me that we can only turn the switch off after the lights off

Processor: Intel(R)Core(TM)i5-3337U CPU@1.80GHz 1.80GHz
Installed memory(RAM):6.00GB(5.89GB usable)
System Type:64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Recent PC activities:
1) Defragmentation for OS(C) and Data(D)
2) Installed and played The Sims 3 (usage is around 9GB) with Mods
3) OS(C) Disk Cleanup deleted items: Downloaded Program files, Temporary Internet files and Temporary files (not sure if I deleted System Error Memory Dump Files & System Error Minidump Files or not)

Link: I found this thread which the user had the similar problem like me. http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...dows-8-pro-memory-dump-error-after-power.html

Attached is SFdebugFiles.

Only 101 Windows Updates installed. Mostsystems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL availableupdates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Application crash with nero.exe . You have Nero 9 remove or uninstall and update to Nero 12( or above) which are windows 8 compatible.

There are differing opinions when it comes to mixing brands of DDR memory. Some experts say it should cause no problems while others say it can cause unexpected problems. At the theoretical level, mixing brands should not be a problem. All DDR memory comes from the same protocols. The idea was to standardize memory in most computers. This allows for upgrades and other changes without having to replace an entire computer or its motherboard. Standardization of protocols does not rule out specific manufacturer peculiarities.
In reality, mixing brands of DDR memory can cause problems in some situations. While each manufacturer is supposed to use the same standards, each one has their own spin on the DDR memory protocols. These minor differences can cause operational problems when you start mixing different brands. On the theoretical level, it is possible. However, minor memory problems can cause issues with power usage, responsiveness, and CPU cycling It can also cause problem with memory retention during program operations or at shutdown or startup. All of these problems may be resolved by using the same brand of DDR memory in all slots on the motherboard

Both your dumpfiles are BugCheck 9F, {3, fffffa800517ede0, fffff8800129e7f0, fffffa800ca0a900}

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp. When a Windows/system driver like ntkrnlmp.exe is blamed when experiencing a BSOit's most likely not the problem. Most of the time further analysis is neededto determine the actual cause

Please update these older drivers. Linksare included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable tofind an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for thatdriver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the systemunbootable! :

Thank you very much for answering.

I don't know what you mean by "
You have Nero 9 remove or uninstall and update to Nero 12( or above) which are windows 8 compatible." Do you mean that I have to uninstall Nero 9 then install Nero 12?

What is underclocking? How to set faster speed for it?

Forget get this remark, when running Sysinfo smbios it said max. speed 3800 mhz

But when i ran sysinfo cpuspeed i got the proper specs.
So you are not underclocking.

CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80GHz"
MaxSpeed: 1800
CurrentSpeed: 1796

Nero 9 is not compatible with windows 8/8.1. Update to Nero 12 - 2014
