Solved Constantly getting BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR Win 8.1

Brand new built 2-3 week old system
AMD Athlon X4 760K CPU:
MSI A78M-E35 Motherboard
Radeon R7 260X:
8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport RAM: 4 x2 Ram
1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD:
430W Corsair CX430M PSU:
Rosewill Line-M Case:
OS - Windows 8.1 System Builder:
Optical Drive - Lite-On DVD Burner:

RAM isnt it ran Memtest86 for 12 hours and 6 passes no erros, Hard drive i dont think it is windows diagnostics dint detect error what could it be?

It was the CPU, i RMA it to AMD and they sent me a new one no BSODS since i installed it thanks lifetec!
