    BSOD crash, unknown reason

I have had some trouble with BSOD's lately, but I don't know why. They have happened during different "doings" on my computer (surfing/gaming on Facebook, wathing Youtube-clips, writing in Word etc). Restarting is extremely slow too...

    Attachment 40164

Can anyone find out what is happening please?

Hello HRONSDAG and welcome to the forums

First Of All please make sure that you are not overclocking. I analyzed your DUMP files and the following drivers must be updated or removed completely from the system :-

The drivers mentioned above in BLUE could not be identified by me and nor a google search returned a proper result. See if you can find these driver files in your system in some path. Report back the path of these drivers please

Below are the links where you could update the drivers given above :-
    FSBTS - Driver Reference Table
    GEARASPIWDM - Driver Reference Table
    HECIx64 - Driver Reference Table - HECIx64.sys
    igdkmd - Driver Reference Table
    npf - Driver Reference Table
    SASDIFSV64 - Driver Reference Table
    SASKUTIL64 - Driver Reference Table
    SECDRV - Driver Reference Table
    SYNTP - Driver Reference Table
    TuneUpUtilitiesDriver64 - Driver Reference Table

Also, many of the drivers which could not be identified were revealed by a google search that they are related to Display Drivers. So I would suggest that update those as well. Also, one peculiar thing I noticed is that these above Blue drivers maybe belong to the F3307 Mobile Broadband i.e. the Ericsson Mobile Broadband Devices. Please update those as well.

    Let me know the results

    Thanks for answer!

I'm a bit "green" in these kind of troubleshooting so I need a bit more guidance.
Where do I search to find the paths of the drivers in blue?

What you say about display drivers makes sense when I think about it. Just about every time I start it from hibernation (is that what it is called in english?) I get a dialog box saying my display drivers has stopped working and will restart. I think this started after installing a new hdd (Samsung SSD 840 EVO).

    The BSOD of your Dumpfile is a BugCheck 133, {1, 1e00, 0, 0} Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe
When a Windows/system driver like ntkrnlmp.exe is blamed when experiencing a BSO
it's most likely not the problem. Most of the time further analysis is needed to determine the actual cause.

The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL
    or above.
Arg1: 0000000000000001, The system cumulatively spent an extended period of time at
DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. The offending component can usually be
     identified with a stack trace.
    Arg2: 0000000000001e00, The watchdog period.
    Arg3: 0000000000000000
    Arg4: 0000000000000000
    Debugging Details:
    BUGCHECK_STR: 0x133
    PROCESS_NAME: PCCompanion.ex
    ANALYSIS_VERSION: 6.3.9600.16384 (debuggers(dbg).130821-1623) amd64fre
    LAST_CONTROL_TRANSFER: from fffff803e9b8efd2 to fffff803e9b6aca0
The proces which probably plays a part in the BSOD is PCCompanion.ex.

PCCompanion.exe is a type of EXE file associated with Sony PC Companion developed by Sony Corporation for the Windows Operating System. The latest known version of PCCompanion.exe is 2.1.0, which was produced for Windows. It is associated with Sony Ericson Mobile.

Do you have a mobile Phone like Sony Experia and installed this software on your PC.
Please upload to a windows 8.1 compatible version (if avaliable) or uninstal/remove.

If you not have installed this kind of software.
Some malware camouflages itself as PCCompanion.exe. Therefore, you should check the PCCompanion.exe process on your PC to see if it is a threat. I advice to run Anti-Malwarebytes and check your system for virus/malware.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Just my 2, the drivers in blue are related to an Ericsson Mobile Broadband Device
I am not familiar with this device, but you do have 3G built into your Acer computer - so that may be related.

I don't think a new HDD should cause any problems until and unless there are some compatibility issues. As pointed out by lifetec, upgrade or remove that Ericsson Suite completely.

As far as the upgrading drivers are concerned, you could just google them and update the packages that contain them. For ex :- Regarding to your display drivers, you may goto the manufacturer's site, check the downloads / support area and download the latest ones.

Please make sure that while googling, stay away from the links that just give you the updated dll/sys file or say that they could update your PC 100%. These are just bogus websites.
