Hi guys,
could you please help me with my regular/irregular happening BSOD?
Looks like it is triggered by something but I have no idea what can it be. I reinstalled network driver and will see if it helps. For now, I could really use your help. :)
Thank you very much

Numerous Live Kernel Events in MSINFO32. Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

The majority of the BSOD's blame a Windows driver (pcw.sys), but as Windows drivers are protected it's not very likely that this is to blame. One of the BSOD's mentions hamdrv.sys - but it appears that you've already updated this driver (so it's not as suspect).

Please follow the suggestions I gave above. If the BSOD's still continue, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: http://www.carrona.org/verfier.html

Sorry I am little bit late :). Thank you very much for your response.
Few things I should clarify. My SSD firmware can not be updated, because even Samsung tool does not see my SSD. I use Intel Rapid Storage technology. Second, I have all the updates I can (Windows update does not show me otherwise).
Apparently, downgrading network driver worked, I have not had BSOD for almost a month, which is better than having it every few days.
To be more specific: Windows Update updated my network driver, but I noticed Dell Driver downloads did have only older version of the driver, so I completely erased my network driver and installed Dell specific network driver, although older, but works ok.

Thank you very much for your reply,

I will mark this thread as solved.

I am amazed by the fact that downgrading the Network drivers resolved your issue as I don't think the Dump files point to any network related driver.

@Usasma, Could you please explain a bit that how this happened?

@Ostych - Glad that your BSOD issue was resolved.

I'm confused about this one myself.
I suspected a Windows issue (pcw.sys is a Windows driver) and was looking to rule out 3rd party drivers and hardware prior to attempting to fix any Windows issues (besides Windows Updates).

I would have guessed that removing Daemon Tools would have freed up the network drivers - but there's no mention that it was removed.

I've seen this with video drivers on laptops - they just flat won't work unless they're the PC manufacturer's driver - so I suspect that there's something "special" about the Dell driver that makes it work properly.

I hope this isn't an omen of things to come, where we can no longer depend on drivers from the device manufacturer - and have to rely on the PC manufacturer's to update drivers. If that's the case, it will complicate things and will make solving computer problems much more difficult.

Few days after installing older network driver I reinstalled Daemon tools, no BSOD in between.

I had experience with similar driver situation. My laptop's (Toshiba L505 13G) graphic card, when using ATI drivers, could not properly set resolution to my 2nd monitor (I am using extended desktop). I could not find a way to set it to native resolution 1440x900. When I installed much older, PC manufacturer's driver, I could set it to native resolution.

I suspected it to be network driver, because majority of my BSODs were caused/happened in ndys.sys, which is NIC driver.
If BSOD returns, I will let you know. (Hopefully it wont :D)
