(Solved)Help WinDbg Configuration issues
i installed WinDBg with the help of bsod analysis getting started by Jonathan King.
Because i want to analyse BSOD dump files from members here and help them
But when the dmp file loads in WinDbg i get this error
Info:
But i have the C:/Symbols on my system ( made with File > Symbol file path, and copy/paste: Code:SRV*c:\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols).
Why i get keeping the error symbol path is not initialized?
My system is dualboot Windows 7 with windows 8.1.
I installed winDbg on windows 8.1. using winDbg windows 8.1. version.
NB. Solved it by myself using the _NT_SYMBOL_PATH environment variable. with help of this tutorial Question Defense » Symbols Can Not Be Loaded Because Symbol Path Is Not Initialized
