Windows 8.1 BSOD while playing World of Warcraft

Hello everyone, this is my first post! I keep getting a blue screen of death and reboot every day while playing World of Warcraft. I recently got a new motherboard, gpu and cpu. I thought that I installed all the drivers correctly. The error message keeps telling me System_service_exception(dxgmms1.sys)

Hi,

Uninstall Norton, then use the removal tool for it as well. Set Windows Defender and Windows Firewall to Automatic and start them too, using services.msc.

At ASUS website for your model, update ATK and/or Probe II in Downloads/Utilities, to latest:

AsIO AsIO.sys Wed Aug 22 05:54:47 2012 (5034AC67)


Ensure there is no overclocking of bus speed, cpu or gpu.

I uninstalled and removed everything for Norton. I can't seem to find a section for ATK and/or Probe II for my motherboard from the Asus website. Also I haven't been able to find that file you mentioned either....lol
