bad pool caller

i tried to connect to the internet using a huawei usb broadband modem but when ever i try to open a webpage it crashes and the screen become blue which shows bad pool caller . am using windows 8 pro
pls help me

I tried with another modem from Vodafone but it still crashes. I read from a post that I should change connection type to modem under device software and also disable the mOdem at network adapters in device manager. But I don't know where to change the connection type to modem. Any help

OK, let me restate that then. Get a new modem that is compatible with Windows 8 or install whatever operating system is compatible with whatever modem you want to use.
