Fresh install of Windows BSOD during sleep - Windows 8.1

Any ideas? I just installed all the drivers from Dell (this is an XPSL521X) so I would guess it is one of those.

Update the video driver package for both Intel/NVIDIA from Dell if not already latest. (The crash involved dxgkrnl but that doesn't necessarily mean a video driver was at fault.)

You should attach a screenshot of CPU-Z Memory tab and one each for each stick of RAM of SPD tab.
