Seemingly random BSOD's

Hello,
I have been experiencing several BSOD's while doing pretty much anything on my computer.
The last few errors were:
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (win32k.sys)
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (dxgmms1.sys)
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (win32k.sys)

There were more, but I can't remember the name of the errors. The most common one is the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, and almost all involve win32k.sys.

In all the searching I've done the only case that seems to be similar to mine was a problem with AMD drivers around a year ago, it was patched by MS, and I'm using an Nvidia card. It's likely driver related, but I've reinstalled the Nvidia drivers several times and there has been no change.

Thanks for the reply,

Sorry, can you take it back a few steps?
I'm supposed to delete that code, but how do I get there?

Sorry if that's a dumb question.

Ah, thanks for the clarification.

I'm at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\PxHlpa64
Do I delete the entire folder, or a specific file?

Deleted subkey, fixed DVD drive, I had uninstalled AVG a while ago (and windows defender and firewall are active)

I can't seem to download anything from the Realtek site. When I click the download link I just get a page that says "This FTP server requires login credentials"

Use AVG removal tool. Do your best to download Realtek HD driver from Realtek's website. Google can help if the link is broken.

AVG removed, had to download the Realtek driver through CNET.

Is there a specific way I should uninstall PTSimBus.sys and PTSimHid.sys drivers? Can I just delete them?

Is there anything else I can do? I haven't had a BSOD since yesterday, but my video driver has crashed several times, and any 3D game I attempt to run will crash.
