BSOD\Freeze daily with Windows 8.1

Hi all,
Recently my Windows 8.1 started to freeze and crash almost daily, usually after 3-4 hours of uptime. Usually the crash is preceeded with internet connectivity issues, which are only noticeable on the affected PC, while all other devices connected to the same router seem to work fine. I've tried updating all drivers and BIOS with no success.

I've tried to do some debugging, but all I got was a reference to "Probably caused by : USBXHCI.SYS", which is related to some kind of USB drivers and\or devices.
I have a feeling that it might be somehow connected to the Phoenix firmware flashing software for Nokia phones, which I installed recently and which itself created some BSODs before I uninstalled it.

However, I have no idea how to fix it and where to look further. Can anybody assist? Logs attached.

Uninstall Nokia software. If you did already, delete these:

Code:
0: kd> lmvm nmwcdnsucx64
start end module name
fffff800`04074000 fffff800`0407d000 nmwcdnsucx64 (deferred)

Then delete the subkey for each of them in Regedit found here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services

Reboot.

Update ASUS AI USB Charger software in Downloads/Utilities sectioin for you model.

As I said in the post, I have uninstalled it weeks ago, obviously it didn't help.

Ok, thanks, I'll do the rest of the steps you mentioned.

Unfortunately the steps above didn't help. There are no nmwcdnsucx64.sys drivers in the system32 folder, all Nokia software is uninstalled and I have updated the ASUS charger drivers from their website.

Today the system crashed again with the similar simptomps.

I have attached another log dump from today. Any advices on where to look?

Well, it crashed again right now with the similar simptoms. I had to reboot via reset button. However no new crash dump was created, and the archive from the diagnosis tool contains only the same dumps as the previous one.

Is there any way to troubleshoot further?
