Oh thank you so much that really helps me....I'm not very good with drivers

I was just running the dell driver tool and it told me I needed the intel chipset
and I installed that...now I'm running the other one it said was outdated for
my video driver....I'll do those others when I'm done at Dell

Is that all I needed to fix my blue screen problem ? driver updates ?

If so than I can marked this solved and I appreciate your help!

In most cases all that's needed are a few drivers. If you feel confident about marking this thread solved, that's up to you.

Either way we will be here to help. :)

Enjoy. Anything goes south, just let us know...post the tool's zip again.
