I got this new pc and whether it be playing league of legends, surfing the internet, i get a whole variety of BSOD's.
I've gotten PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA around 20 times.
SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED 2 or 3 times
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL one time
system thread exception not handled ) one time
and just now i got KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED.
I have a feeling all these bsods relate to one hardware or software problem.. but its weird because i've had them all the first time i used the pc. I've only dowloaded drivers onto the system and i've been getting the same bsod's from after and before it. The only info i could get was on the page fault one. It is event 41 , task 63, Kernal-Power. I haven't made any changed to the hardware at all. Its a lenovo h535. I'm processing a request for a new model, because obviously this computer is defective.. but what exactly is wrong with it?

I'm processing a request for a new model, because obviously this computer is defective.. but what exactly is wrong with it?

I believe the main cause was from having Avira & McAfee installed at the same time. The two will conflict with each other and cause all sorts of errors.

Before I spend any time looking into this I need to know if you plan to keep the system. I will not waste time and effort trying to fix a system that will soon be replaced.

I dont have avira, but i will uninstall Mcafee. I am going to try and fix this system, and if all solutions fail i will replace it. So please, help me. Oh yeah btw i already ran memtest for 4 passes and got no errors. Pretty sure it has nothing to do with ram.

I just did the mcafee removal and restarted. Im gonna play a few games and multitask and see if i still get the bsod's. Ill update the drivers too. Thanks for all the help so far and ill keep updated!

My Computer

Just got another BSOD while playing league of legends, except it had no name or nothing- it was just a blue screen with some white lines smeared across the screen.. This is so weird because sometimes i can do things no problem for like a day straight and then out the blue i get the blue screen ;( .

My Computer

It's not weird at all, considering that Realtek HD Audio and storage drivers have not been updated and Freeride games has not been uninstalled.

Before requesting further help, please make sure you follow previous advice. (This in turn will make it so you don't have to request addition help - but we're here in any case.)

I did uninstall free ride games from the control panel.. and when i went on the audio driver dl link it says that the updates are to be downloaded from the computer manafacturers website, and when i click next i get an error. I already downloaded the audio drivers from the driver pack that came with this pc.

Try to install Realtek HD Audio driver from the link I gave, using another browser if your current one is giving an error.
Install that Realtek storage link.

Delete this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\FreeRide Games

Code:
1: kd> lmvm X5XSEx_Pr148
start end module name
fffff880`19f9c000 fffff880`19fae000 X5XSEx_Pr148 (deferred)
    Image path: \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\FreeRide Games\X5XSEx_Pr148.Sys
    Image name: X5XSEx_Pr148.Sys
    Timestamp: Thu Aug 02 08:51:27 2012 (501A77CF)
    CheckSum: 00017C75

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

Then open Regedit. Find the subkey for that driver at the following location and delete it. Reboot:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services

Machine will be fine after these 3 things.

Alright i deleted the free ride folder and installed both drivers. Not sure on how to do those last things though.

My Computer

No need for any more crash dump or posting attachments. All the info is up above.

I suggest asking the assistance of a friend or relative that can use Regedit then and that can install Realtek HD Audio driver.
