Hello,

I'm experiencing random BSoDs on upgraded computer.
I'll admit that in previous build I also had BSoD's and it may be related:
BSoD BCCode 3b and 7e- random but mainly games - Windows 7 Help Forums

Specs:
MOBO: GA-B85M-D3H (it's new)
CPU: i5 4570 (new)
GPU: MSI r9 270 Gaming (new)
RAM: 2x 2GB GoodRam 1333 mhz CL9 (old))
PSU: Fortron FSP-460 GHN 460 W (old)
HDD: Seagate 1 TB ST1000DM003 (new; system), Samsung HD502HJ 500 GB (Old, formatted and partitions merged in Windows, empty for now)
OS: Windows 8.1

What I've already tested:
1) Disks full scanned in HD Tune (no problem). About SMART: Samsung shows warning state in C7, but other programs don't see any problem. It shows 1348 and had not increased.
2) RAM tested separately for 3,5 and 7 hours - no errors. But it showed strange timings (19-15-15-31) when bios and CPU-Z says correct: 9-9-9-24
3) PSU tested with multimeter. Voltages are same in idle and stress: 5 V: 5,20-5,23, 12 V: 12,10-12,15, 3,3 V: 3,35-3,39. They were changing continuously between the varies, don't know if it's correct.
4) Temperatures are OK
5) No OC
6) 10 min Furmark - no problems

BSoD info:
1st: PC was quite idle - I left it for download games on Origin and Steam
2nd: computer was idle, maybe chrome and instant messenger on but I didn't use the PC
3rd: It was at the end or even after the origin finished downloading a update and when watching flash player video

I hope you'll be able to help me...

Hey.

Something is definitely wrong with either the storage (less likely) or RAM (more likely).

Run this command from an elevated command prompt, for each NTFS storage partition on the machine, changing C: to match the drive letter in each run:

chkdsk /r C:

Please post a screenshot of CPU-Z memory tab, and one screenshot each for each stick of RAM you have, of the SPD tab.

Install the Intel proprietary storage driver to replace Windows default driver, from Intel.com:

Hello,

thank you for quick and detailed reply.

1) CHKDISK
Pastebin of chkdisk c (Couldn't find log from this chekdisk done in preboot mode...):
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.3.9600] (c) 2013 Microsoft Corporation. Wszelkie p - Pastebin.com

And logs for chkdsik D and E:
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.3.9600] (c) 2013 Microsoft Corporation. Wszelkie p - Pastebin.com

2) I've installed "I
ntelRapid Storage Technology" and I think it installed the driver you mentioned.
3) CPU-Z screenshot (P.S. Settings in BIOS are set to AUTO):

View attachment 36296
(P.S. I'm absolutely sure that I put them in correct slots in MOBO)

What can we do more about this?

Keep fingers crossed that there are no more bsods. If one does happen, run the tool again to collect logs/dumps and post it.

If all drivers check out well and I double check that I didn't miss anything, then in that case, the RAM is faulty.

We shall see. You're welcome.

As I mentioned previously I also had BSoDs (link in 1st post) so do you think I could buy new RAM stick?

P.S. HWMonitor reports really strange voltages but multimeter shows correct. Do you think there's chance of faulty PSU?

One thing at a time. (Please see my previous post.) We will make determinations as evidence dictates, if/when necessary.

If voltmeter shows correct, that's much more reliable than any software.

For good measure, it's a good idea to post a screenshot of CPU-Z first tab. See if you can make the screenshot while the cpu is under load, like when running a video encoder or game.
