Solved BSOD playing League of Legends (igdkmd64.sys)

Every time i play League of Legends, whether it be for 10 minutes or 3 hours, I get a warning of memory being low, although i have 8 GB of RAM, and my laptop ends up getting a BSOD with the error message DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (igdkmd64.sys). I've already updated the driver for my graphic cards. Any suggestions?
