    First thing is first:

    amd_sata amd_sata.sys Thu Nov 11 15:15:11 2010 (4CDC4ECF)
    amd_xata amd_xata.sys Thu Nov 11 15:15:14 2010 (4CDC4ED2)
Since you didn't fill in specs and I do not know your machine, you should verify that this is good for you, but it should be:

    AMD Chipset Drivers

    Uninstall Motionjoy:

    MijXfilt MijXfilt.sys Thu Nov 10 04:59:45 2011 (4EBBA091)
    xusb21 xusb21.sys Wed Apr 08 10:28:44 2009 (49DCB49C)

Reboot then run this command to replace the Windows 8 xusb21.sys file:

    sfc /scannow

Please post new crash dumps after, if crashes happen.

Please also provide a screenshot of CPU-Z's Memory tab and one screenshot each for each stick of RAM you have.

It is also a good idea to set bios to Optimized Defaults, save, then update the bios to newest.
