BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL random?

I was just on chrome and ... bum bsod, the last thing that installed where a wireless mouse + keyboard ,Leshcat amd catalyst driver (Leshcat?s Catalyst 13.12 WHQL UnifL Updated x3 ? leshcatlabs.net) , y have verified my hdd and ram, probably it´s a buggy driver, some help please, my specs:

Samsung New Series 7 Chronos NP7705ZE
Intel Hm76
Intel Core i7 3635qm
Intel Hd 4000
Amd 8870m
12 gb ram (4 onboard + 8gb kingston ddr3 1600mhz)
Windows 8 Pro 64 b

Remove the 4 GB memory and leave only 8 GB Kingston, and the issue will likely resolve.

If not, let me know.

THe 4gb is soldered to the motherboard, i have tested the ram and its fine, btw is a laptop

Ok, the issue is still likely happening because of mismatched RAM.

If you could please post a screenshot of CPU-Z's Memory tab and one screenshot each for each stick of RAM you have, it would be very helpful to determine about it.

Other than that, there's really only one driver that might stand out to me at all:

I've never seen it before, so that tells you something right there. (I've seen 10s of thousands of crash dumps.)

From what I gather on Google, it's to something by Samsung though (SS Radio Collection module ?? - something to do with Airplane mode ??). It should be updated or removed to test, too - but - like I said, I do not know anything about it, so keep that in mind.
