Hey.

Update video card drivers for your HD 6800 series card:

Code:
atikmdag atikmdag.sys Thu Mar 28 22:27:04 2013 (5154FBF8)
atikmpag atikmpag.sys Thu Mar 28 21:09:45 2013 (5154E9D9)

Download Drivers

This driver could be malware or a rootkit. Scan with Malwarebytes and some other root kit scanner. If you have Daemon Tools Lite installed, it could be to that. If so, uninstall it then replace with PowerISO:

Code:
2: kd> lmvm a6fca3tx
start end module name

This Razer driver must be updated for sure, to latest. If issues persist after all advice is complete, test the machine without anything Razer at all (no Razer mouse, no Razer keyboard), attached:

Code:
2: kd> lmvm lycosa
start end module name

Update Atheros 8151 network driver:

Code:
2: kd> lmvm L1C63x64

ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)

Update motherboard bios to newest, set Optimized Defaults in it, then save.

For good measure, update HECI from Intel.com:

Code:
2: kd> lmvm HECIx64
start end module name
fffff880`07020000 fffff880`07031000 HECIx64 (deferred)
    Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\HECIx64.sys
    Image name: HECIx64.sys
    Timestamp: Tue Oct 19 19:33:43 2010 (4CBE2AD7)
    CheckSum: 0001B15F
    ImageSize: 00011000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

If it were me, I'd rid of cfosspeed as well as HTC Internet Pass-through too.

Best of luck and enjoy.
