Currently installed version of AVG is not compatible with Win8.1. First uninstall it from the system and then use AVG Removal Tool to remove the remnants.
There is a known issue exists between "Networx" and "Torrent" downloading clients which results in the same BSOD issue you are experiencing. Please uninstall it completely from the system.
Please report how the system works after the above steps. If the issue continues, upload the latest crash dumps with next reply.
