BSOD Windows 8

Please could someone help me with my very annoying BSOD problem, it tends to happen when surfing the internet and for some reason my internet keeps now coming up with that irritating internet has stopped working error every couple of minutes, I have tried to refresh or reset windows 8 but I cannot because I do not have a recovery partition or USB, I upgraded my version of windows digitally so I am looking to see if there are any other solutions first. I have attached the dmp file. any help is really appreciated.

You should run the test for at least 7-10 passes. Seven is the recommended minimum bu more is better. You can stop the test even if a single error is detected.
