Hi

Crash dumps points WiFi adapter as the possible reason.

Code:
BugCheck D1, {ffff800020ba3c28, 2, 0, fffff8000206e370}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for athwnx.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for athwnx.sys
Probably caused by :[COLOR=#ff0000][B] athwnx.sys[/B][/COLOR] ( athwnx+238370 )

Please try the below steps.

1. Update WiFi driver.

First download and save the "Windows 8.1" compatible WiFi driver from the below link.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63733.exe

It is originally meant for HP machines but should be compatible with your adapter.

Now disconnect internet and uninstall currently installed "Atheroz" wireless driver from "Control Panel --> Programs" and reboot the system. If it is not listed in there, open device manager and right lick on the wireless adapter. Then choose "Uninstall" and select "Delete driver for this device" option.

Example :

After rebooting the machine, install the latest driver downloaded earlier.

2. Update display driver.

Code:
igdkmd64.sys [COLOR=#ff0000][B]Thu Dec 13 06:12:26 2012[/B][/COLOR] (50C92472)
Intel Graphics driver

Uninstall the old driver and use web based "Intel Driver Update Tool" and install any update it offers.

Intel® Driver Update Utility

3. Update Audio driver.

Uninstall current driver (Realtek High Definition Audio) and download 64bits Vista, Windows7, Windows8, Windows8.1 Driver only (Executable file) from the below link.

Realtek

If the issue continues, rerun the diagnostic tool and upload the new report.

Helo Anshad, thank you for your reply.

I'm finish now following your entire guide. The only thing is Intel Driver Update say I already have the latest driver. And after a lot of search, it seem there is no official Intel HD graphic 3000 available from Intel for Windows 8.1.

But so far so good. We'll see in the next couple days. For now I'll mark this thread as solved.

Thank you.
