So my PC is crashing and restarting on every map change while playing BF4 , noticed this error message.
I added a minidump file to attachments , hope anyone can help me, thanks.:)

Your issue seems to be probably caused by AMD display driver.

Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+baffa )

As BF4 is a fairly new game, it may need latest driver to work properly. Please follow the below steps.

1. Uninstall current driver in the proper way.

How-To Uninstall AMD Catalyst Drivers From A Windows Based System

2. Download and install the latest beta version from the below link.

http://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/amd_catalyst_13.11_betav8.exe

While installing, choose "Custom" instead of "Express" and deselect everything except "Display driver".

It is necessary to avoid "Catalyst Control center" which is some time problematic.
