Hi

I started having this BSOD after upgrading to win 8 and it is still persist after upgrade to 8.1.

it happens every time I wake the system from sleep.

Can someone please help me to pinpoint what triggering it?

Your BIOS dates from 2008. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

With a BIOS that's this old, it's very likely that the system may not be compatible with Win8 or Win8.1. I have a Lenovo x61t tablet that is in this area and I wasn't able to get it to work reliably with Win8 even when I was visiting Microsoft last April. In my case the solution was to go back to Win7.

****************

Note - something is causing my system to hang when processing your memory dumps.
I suspect a corrupted dump file, but will have to do them one-by-one in order to figure that out.
Will post back when I'm done.

Please turn off Driver Verifier. To do this, open up verifier.exe and select "Delete existing settings". Then click on "Finish" and reboot for settings to take effect.

This is just the first (most recent) memory dump. Please start with the driver updates.

Please remove SoundGraph iMON, it's drivers date from 2005 and are probably not compatible with Win8
Please remove CrypKey software, it's drivers date from 2008 and are probably not compatible with Win8

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

I got as far as the last 4 memory dumps. The last 3 blame bridge.sys and are verifier enabled, the one before that blames tcpip.sys and isn't verifier enabled.

If you fix the drivers that I suggest removing and updating - then:
It's either hardware/compatibility/Windows - and Windows is probably ruled out because of your previous installations
If having issues in Win7, I'd suspect hardware first
If issues started in Win8, I'd suspect compatibility first

Here's the rest of the memory dumps:
