windows shutting down automatically

Every time in the morning i would on my laptop and i would go and do something to wait for it load but when i come back after 5 min the laptop does not have anything and i will have to press the power on button again. After i have done loading there will be a message saying "your PC ran into a problem." File that will be sent to microsoft

My apologies for misunderstanding your original post. I thought it ran OK fro 5 minutes but I can see that is not the case. So, it looks like you may need to attempt some sort of recovery action at this point. With that said, were you provided with the factory recovery discs when purchased or did you make them during the setup process? If not, what is the make/model number of your laptop? Do you have any one-key recovery buttons or options?

So, what does that disk include and/or what is it for? I can't read the label.

OK, thanks for that. Unfortunately, I cannot say for sure what is on that disc so the only thing you can do is plug it in and see if you can boot to it by selecting you CD/DVD player when the splash screen appears upon power on. However, if it simply bypasses it and goes straingh back to the error then it is obviously not bootable. Try it.

Ok, let's look at some other possibilities. What is the exact mkae/model of your laptop please?
