Solved BSOD erros

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

The data collection tool didn't generate all the reports, please run it again and let it run for at least 15 minutes (or until the test itself says that it's done). Then zip it up and upload it with your next post.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

DrvAgent64.SYS Mon Dec 14 05:23:26 2009 (4B26121E)
FLEXnet Licensing Service 64 - Acresso Software Inc.
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=DrvAgent64.SYS

getbus.sys Fri Apr 1 09:54:29 2011 (4D95D915)
AMD Bus Type Detection Driver
getbus.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

Rt630x64.sys Wed Oct 19 08:12:55 2011 (4E9EBEC7)
Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=Rt630x64.sys

IMO this is most likely a low-level/hardware issue. If the BSOD's don't stop after the updates listed above, please:
- Run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings If you've already run Driver Verifier, please let us know - then there's no need to run it again (and make sure that it's turned off!).
- Run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

I can't find DrvAgent64.SYS
getbus.sys I can't donwload it because my network says it's a virus... if you could please upload it here
and the network adapter driver I updated it and the date is like the latest from the realtek page
I'm not allowed to
download any of the .sys files before if you can upload some for me would be great.

I'm late for work. So this will be short.

Please scan your system with an updated anti-virus to see if it identifies DrvAgent64.SYS or getbus.sys as a virus
What on your network says it's a virus?
What is the download link that you used?

You do not update drivers by copying/pasting the .sys files - they must be installed.
Why are you not allowed to download .sys files - who says, or what is the error message that you get?

If you updated the network adapter from the Realtek page - then that will be fine.

I will try to look at your uploaded report after work today (about 9 hours from now - between 4 and 6 pm Eastern Time in the US). If not, then I'll look at them tomorrow morning.

Yea I tried but it restarted with a bsod after 19% it's like every time I try to do some kind of activity that uses resources it's give me the BSOD error this time was memory management.. there are some with bad pool and some with kernel.. maybe the RAM is the problem is there a way to test the memories?

If you have errors in the memory test, you have to fix that first.
Follow the steps here (from Step 7 onwards) to identify which memory stick/slot is broken: Memory Diagnostics
If the errors continue after fixing the RAM, repost here and we'll move on from there.

BTW - do not use the Drivererrorfix page - at best it's just going to take your money (and not do a very good job); at worst it'll infect your machine. We can direct you to the original sources for these drivers - and won't charge you for it.

Oh I can't do that I can't really open the laptop because I have warranty I'm just going to send the laptop to the HP service and they'll fix it for me I thought it's a software issue but now that I know it's a hardware I'm just going to send it.

Thank you for your answers everyone.

Kind Regards!
