First of all sorry for my English :)

I have a laptop 3 months old, updated to 8.1
I got some BSODs. Some with error message BAD_POOL_HIDER and others with KERNEL_DATA INPAGE error.
Besides that, it hangs/freezes manytimes for some seconds (20"-60").

If I'm not wrong, the problem is caused by ntoskrnl.exe
Driver Verifier Dump file is also attached.

Any help would be aprriciated

1) Start with the free diagnostics located at Initial Hardware Diagnostics At work we start all repairs with a set of diagnostics. Often they find problems that weren't even expected. It's a waste of time to try to fix software on a system that has hardware problems.
2) Ensure that you have ALL Windows Updates This fixes the majority of Windows problems.

Just FYI:
In most cases I look for errors in this order (although when scanning reports it can be in any order):
- 3rd party drivers (usually the cause of over 90% of BSOD's)
- hardware problems (usually the cause of less than 10% of BSOD's)
- Windows problems (usually the cause of less than 1% of BSOD's - but I think this number is significantly affected by asking to have Windows fully updated)

Only 598 mB of available physical memory. Please add more RAM to your system. While waiting to add RAM, please disable all unnecessary startup items and only run 1 program at a time.

SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD. I usually can't see this info in the reports, so I rely on you to check it.
2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to. If involved these should be visible in the memory dump - but it doesn't hurt to check manually.

These devices are having problems:
Virtual Bluetooth Support BTHENUM\{CBECAB40-A2C8-4AB3-ADC1-DE0FE95D8600}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&27D0921B&0&000000000000_00000000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Bluetooth LWFLT Device BTHENUM\{DD533152-01F4-435C-ABFE-984BC21A2A65}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&27D0921B&0&000000000000_00000000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Please install the latest, Win8.1 compatible drivers for these devices.

You have both Avast and Avira installed. Please remove both, then ensure that Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall are enabled. Then test to see if that stops the BSOD's.

There is no indication that either of these are Driver Verifier enabled memory dumps. If verifier was running, then this is an indication that the drivers that you were testing for were not affected by Driver Verifier. What method did you use to run Driver Verifier?

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

What method did you use to run Driver Verifier?

I enabled it through CMD and then restarted the Laptop.
Then a BSOD appeared showing a Driver_Verifier_Violation

Please update these older drivers

I updated these drivers and the randomlyHanging/Freezing Problem seems to have gone..I also uninstalled Avira and Avast (although i don't think that antivirus caused the problem)

I have also updated both SSD software and Bluethooth Driver
Now I have to run the Diagnostics

Let's just wait and see if there are any further BSOD's. If there are, please either generate a new set of reports - or just zip up and upload the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump directory (you may have to copy it to your desktop in order to zip it up).

No BSODs more...Marked as solved
Some hangs only..Do you think that is caused by the low(for windows 8) capacity of RAM(4 GB)?

Let's have a look for hangs with this:
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

There are many, many disk errors in the Admin log. These can cause hangs as the system searches to be sure that the data isn't corrupted and that it has the correct data. Please run this free hard drive diagnostic: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure
Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

There are 2 ways around the Seagate problem - the easiest is to run Seagate Seatools for Windows.
Download/install it and have it run from there.

This is an indication that the hard drive is dead/dying.
Running Seatools for DOS may fixe it - or it may not
Depending on what it fixes, it may render your system unbootable - so be prepared to restore (backups, recovery disks, etc)

At work we don't even bother with the suggested repairs - we just replace the hard drive with a new one.
There's no telling when/how long it will be until the next time it starts to act up on your again.
Good luck!

I can't find the log file since DOS Tool doesn't save it. But i ran again a full long Test in Seatoos for Windows and now it passed. Before the Dos Tool Repair it failed with the message above.
I hope it fixed the "hangs".
I will monitor the Event Viewer for Disk Errors. If they will continue to exist i will contact the manufactor since I'm in warranty.

P.S: Any other software to test HDD health?

As this is a Seagate drive, the best tool is the one from Seagate
Beyond that, you can use HDTune in Windows as a monitoring utility for the drive.

Good luck!

PS - BTW, your solution for the regedit to save the Admin Event Log has helped another user. Thanks! +1 rep!

Now that you've run the repair and reinstalled Windows, I'd just keep an eye on it to see if it continues to be error-free.
The next time errors pop up - I'd definitely replace the drive then.

Can someone check my Event Log and the Dump Files for any critical erros? Thank you!

p.s I don't have any problems except from that sometimes windows doesn't run smoothly. maybe it is a RAM issue.

I only check the systeminfo.txt, msinfo32.nfo, and any memory dump files in the uploaded reports.
There were no memory dumps in the uploaded reports, so I couldn't/didn't check them.
I found nothing of significance (IMO) in the systeminfo.txt report

I found this in the msinfo32.nfo report:
These 2 devices have problems in Device Manager:
Virtual Bluetooth Support BTHENUM\{CBECAB40-A2C8-4AB3-ADC1-DE0FE95D8600}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&27D0921B&0&000000000000_00000000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

Please uninstall the devices, then download/install the latest, Win8.1 compatible version of the bluetooth drivers for these devices.

If found this in the Admin Event Viewer log:
About 18 instances of this error over the last 24 hours (the bolding is mine):

This problem is likely due to faulty hardware. Please contact your hardware vendor for further assistance diagnosing the problem.
As you have had previous problems with the hard drive - I'd suspect that this is the most likely cause. Please run the Seagate SeaTools tests again.
