Systeminfo report is corrupted. Please check to ensure that you have ALL available Windows Updates. It amy take several trips to get them all.

Looks (to me) to be an issue between Zone Alarm and ESET.
Please:
1) uninstall ZoneAlarm and test for further BSOD's
2) if the BSOD's continue, then uninstall ESET and enable Windows Defender and Windows Firewall
Please post back with the memory dumps after each BSOD

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thanks John,
First, nice to see you again, How do you do :)
Actually I use zone alarm in order to prevent some programs from connecting to the internet. I really want to restrict some programs and use them offline and zone alarm can do this much better than ESET and much more from windows firewall. Do you suggest any program as an alternative?

Second, I update my windows frequently. Don't you think it may related to my hardware, like my RAMs?

Also I dont know why my system information is 0byte! should I provide any further info?

As you see the BSODs are increased recently. I think the previous bsods were mostly because of my Rams, as I used to make sleep my laptop , not to shut down.

About my drivers, I looked up in ASUS SUPPORT WEBSITE, and found them up to date. do you think I should search in other websites?

Many Thanks
MMK

You can set rules for this in the Windows Firewall. I don't do this, so I won't be of much help.
Also, there was a free program that made the Windows Firewall easier to navigate, but I haven't seen/used it in a long time: Windows 8 Firewall Control: Sphinx Software

Regardless of what you choose to do - you really should test to see if it's the ZoneAlarm or not. In the past, problems with it were very difficult to pin down - and removing it was the only sure way to see if it was truly the cause.

While the drivers that you found for this system at the Asus website are the most current - please note that they do not offer any drivers for Win8. As Asus does not support Win8 on this system - I have to wonder if there are compatibility issues between it and Win8.

You must get drivers that were designed for Win8. As Asus doesn't provide them, then you'll have to go elsewhere. My links provide hints as to where you may be able to get them from - but in the end it'll be those that you find by trial and error. But keep in mind that (if this is a compatibility problem) you may not be able to fix the problem. In that case the only recourse is a downgrade to Win7.

Good luck!

Thanks John,
I will keep the downgrade in my mind. But there is a question, do you think these BSODs would harm my hardware?

Should I check my Ram memories? don't you suspicious of my hardware problems?

Best

At work we start all repairs with a set of diagnostics. Often they find problems that weren't even expected. It's a waste of time to try to fix software on a system that has hardware problems.
Please try these free diagnostics for starters: Initial Hardware Diagnostics
Also, please ensure that you have ALL available Windows Updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

FYI - most BSOD's show as memory errors. We'd have gotten to the hardware diagnostics after we ruled out the 3rd party drivers.
