Intermittent BSOD's on new PC

Hi all,

Brought a new computer from Pc world a month ago and my computer keeps restarting itself intermittently. I took it back to PC world who did a few diagnostic checks on it (no thorough ones though), factory reset it and then returned it back to me. After a week, so far so good, and now more crashes. I'm at my wits end as to why this is happening when according to PC world there is not a problem. This is the spec on the computer and I have also attached the dump files.

Both BSOD's are caused by nvlddmkm.sys which is the driver for your GeForce GTX-760. Please download the latest drivers from: Drivers | GeForce.
When installing the driver, select Custom Install instead and on the next screen, put a check on the bottom left on "Complete Re-install"

Okay there wasn't an option for Complete Re-install but one for Clean install so I selected that. I didn't uninstall the driver that was already on the computer though, did I need to?

Yes, "Clean Install" it is, I forgot the wording.
And you don't need to uninstall since "Clean Install" does both.

That has not fixed the problem I had a restart last night at 8:40pm but no dump file was made and had another just now and again no dump file. Computer just froze and then a completely back screen. I had to manually restart it myself using the power button.

Also seem to notice that once it's back up and running and I check windows updates (In case a driver is out) there is always one that needs downloading that wasn't there before. Don't know whether this is related but has happened a few times now.

Your attachment only contained 2 dump files. You have not uploaded the rest of the files needed such as eventlog.txt, drivers.txt, systeminfo.txt etc...

Since the system rebooted without creating any additional dump. You might have some other problems that are not related to the video driver.

Please upload the rest of the files so we can have a clearer picture of what's going on.

BTW, what's the title of the Windows Updates ?
