Windows 8 does not shut down properly and crashes

Hello,

I am using Windows 8 Professional (64 bit) and have a couple of problems. I have been having these problems for 3 days.

1. Windows cannot shut down itself properly that most of the time I find my self long-pushing on my laptop's power button for a manual shut down.

2. Windows restarts itself when I turn on my PC and then I get something like this afterall:

c:\Windows\Minidump\092413-20857-01.dmp
c:\Users\hodor\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-352375-0.sysdata.xml
c:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

Thanks.

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Please install the latest, Win8 compatible drivers for these devices:
Kullanılamıyor USB\VID_138A&PID_0001\5&8120A60&0&1 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Kullanılamıyor ACPI\HPQ0004\3&2411E6FE&0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
The first is most likely your fingerprint reader and the second is most likely your ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

Also please uninstall Razer GameBooster as it's known to cause BSOD's

Connectify v3 has caused BSOD's in the past (none currently seen) - you may want to uninstall it in order to check

Western Digital drivers date from 2008 and are known to cause BSOD's - please uninstall the Western Digital software.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
