Hello. I am having an issue where my computer is facing the BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) most quickly when I play World of Warcraft but also just generally at other times. It says that ‘

Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info and then we’ll restart it for you’. I’ve searched online for the problem and tried some things that were suggested however I’ve had no success. It is not an instant blue screen and the time varies, however it is a persistent problem when I am trying to online game. I remember looking up the problem history and the source was Kernel_Power (or event 41).
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this? Scf /scannow did not work and the first 2 system restores I did my computer restarted during the middle of them, the third one I did in Safe Mode went through but it didn’t help my situation. If you need any more information I would be more than happy to give it or if you resolve my problem I’d be happy to tip you some cash

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.
