Computer has been hanging semi-regularly, where the entire screen freezes and any sound playing at the time begins to repeat, necessitating a hard shutdown. BSODs only happen sometimes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

These devices are disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Broadcom NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16B5&SUBSYS_05041025&REV_10\4&2B4E00C3&0&00E0 This device is disabled.

Intel(R) Management Engine Interface PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_05041025&REV_04\3&11583659&0&B0 This device is disabled.
I strongly suggest the you update and leave the Intel Management Engine enabled. As for the Broadcom device, re-enable it and then update it's drivers. Feel free to disable it again if so desired.

Lot's of Live Kernel Events, but not an equivalent amount of BugCheck/BSOD events. This is suggestive of a hardware problem. Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

I suspect your VPN software for these reasons:
- the BSOD is due to networking issues
- all of the other networking related drivers are known to be stable.
I'd suggest uninstalling the VPN software in order to check it. If it doesn't stop the BSOD's, then feel free to reinstall it.

In the event that this is a hardware problem, please try these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
