Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

From the single memory dump, it looks to be something related to networking.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Hi John,

thanks for the reply.

I did some asking to my sons who are the most frequent users of the subject home machine. According to them, the problem started when they tried to install a program that makes the wifi a hotspot in order to share the internet coming from the USB modem.

anyway, the best option that I see is to remove the .sys files that you highlighted. forgive me for asking this, but how should i properly do it? i know that manually deleting them from may harm my computer furthermore.

please advise.

many thanks

What was the name of the program?
Could someone else have removed it?

Have the BSOD's stopped? If not, then please zip up the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump directory and upload it with your next post (you may have to copy it to your Desktop if it won't copy for you).
