    One Samsung 1tB drive - 5400 rpm. Gonna switch to a 7200/10000 rpm or an SSD (if I can find $500 for a 1tB SSD!)

Many, many BSOD's in the WER section of MSINFO32 - but only a few memory dumps present in the uploaded files.
The question is where did they go? It's either a problem with how the dumps are collected, a problem that occurs before the dump collection routines are ready, or hardware.

When does the BSOD occur when starting up? Do you see the Windows splash screen?

One of the more recent memory dumps points to wireless drivers.
And you've recently updated these drivers.

If possible, disable the wireless in the BIOS/UEFI and use a wired connection for a couple of days. This'll help to see if it's the wireless or not.

Otherwise, just continue with the hardware diagnostics and the Driver Verifier that I mentioned in my first post.
