Here's what I do for BSOD's:
Just FYI - here's how I do BSOD analysis':
- first I rule out 3rd party drivers (over 90% of BSOD's are due to this)
- then I rule out hardware (less than 10% of BSOD's are due to this)
- then I look at Windows problems (less than 1% of BSOD's are due to this - as long as Windows Updates are fully up to date).
USB devices:
USB\VID_046D&PID_C03E - Logitech USB Mouse
USB\VID_0C45&PID_646C - Looks to be a WebCam
USB\VID_0FCA&PID_8012 - BlackBerry Device
As this is a series of USB errors, I'd suggest doing the following:
First (just a hunch that I have), I suggest removing the BlackBerry Device to see if that's the cause
Then I suggest removing the Logitech USB Mouse (and use the trackpad) for a couple of days to see if that's the cause (it's less likely than the webcam - but is easier to workaround in the short term).
As for the webcam, I suggest updating the drivers. Also, if possible, you can disable it in the BIOS and see if that helps. Most issues with webcams that I see are hardware.
My thoughts about the boot stuff is that you installed the OS in legacy mode - rather than in UEFI. And that may be causing issues with the system. If possible, try enabling the UEFI and SecureBoot - then install Windows 8 from the Dell media.
Just FYI - the controller dates will show up in the BSOD's (if needed). It's the firmware updates that I can't see - so please check at the SSD manufacturer's site for those.
There are some networking drivers listed in the raw stack output - so that adds to my suspicion about the BlackBerry.
There's also some involvement with hal.dll - which may mean compatibility or hardware issues.
Networking issues don't = BlackBerry, but I'm unsure of which other programs on your system will be involved both with USB and networking. Finally, I see BlackBerry drivers in the memory dump, but no webcam or mouse drivers.
We may get a different result from Driver Verifier, but until then the main suspect is the BlackBerry.
