Update: Here is the SF information:View attachment 26227

My laptop is Dell Inspiron 14 Z with 8GB RAM and Core I5, Amd 7570 HD, 500G HDD + 32GB SSD

The problem is very interesting. It happens several time instead of every time. When I am trying to use USB device to transfer files from other computer. Sometimes it shows that "the USB device cannot be recognized, please blablabla". Once this information appears. whatever USB things I use to insert, the laptop has no reaction. And when I try to shutdown or restart, the "Restarting" will keep rowing like 3~5 mins and then it turns to blue screen. The "Power state failure" error. Today it appears three times cuz I want to root my nexus 4. However, every time my phone reboot with connecting laptop. It will shows the error. I use the hardware scanner provided by the dell computer. And the result shows everything is fine. Here is one of the dump files says.

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time (usually 10 minutes).
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000004, The power transition timed out waiting to synchronize with the Pnp
subsystem.
Arg2: 000000000000012c, Timeout in seconds.
Arg3: fffffa801f7e0040, The thread currently holding on to the Pnp lock.
Arg4: fffff801e7997810, nt!TRIAGE_9F_PNP on Win7

Here are all the dump files I have until now. Please have a look and help me. I do some research in this forum, how ever, I didn't find answers.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

The last 3 memory dumps blame vmusb.sys - which dates from 2009. It's probably not compatible w/Win8, so please uninstall the program associated with it:

VMWare usb client driver

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

    PSU
Why do we ask this for laptops?
    Case
Silver with a neat Samsung logo
    Cooling

    Other Info
    I'm handsome and a snappy dresser :0)
SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD
2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to.

Errors in the WER section of MSINFO32 point to:
- ATI video drivers
- UsbHub3.sys (Microsoft USB driver)
- iaStorA.sys (Intel storage controller driver)

We'll start with the stuff in the first post and will see what happens. Then we'll move on to the other errors if necessary.
Good luck!
