The BSoD was caused by the following driver:

JMicron JMB36X Controller

You also have several drivers loaded which predates Windows 8:

GFI Boot Time Operations Driver (VIPRE Antivirus driver?)

Thank you so much Tobias!

Had a problem with the JMicron Controller in the past. I'm fed up with it, and i'll find a better controller hopefully. The driver I have installed said in the README that it was the final version being released for Windows 8. It's really hard to find to find a IDE/SATA controller though.

As for the other drivers; LogMeIn is updated, Nokia Internet Stick i'll uninstall no need nor there is no updates, Cyberlink works fine and to upgrade would cost me money (if it works why upgrade?) and I have absolutely no clue what "GFI Boot Time Operations Driver", I use only the Windows Defender and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware in the background. Perhaps that could be my old McAfee I had installed. If you have any idea, let me know.

Also, I took out the controller card, had no issues and no freezing. I had more BSoD after but my system has been completely stable since I've removed the card
