BSoD Windows 8

ok, just started tonight, BSoD. Fairly new to Windows 8, only had this laptop around 2weeks, haven't had an issue until tonight.
Comes up with the usual Win8 message, (BAD_POOL_CALLER) then restarts. When it comes back it asks me to "send the error" to windows, but I can't because the wifi will no longer recognise anything, as if it no longer exists. I do a physical restart (through the shut down menu) and when it loads back up the wifi is back and working.

Have attached Dump Files for anyone who knows how to read those.

If it helps, the problem seems to occur when I run Frostwire - though only tonight, have not had an issue any other time.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

You have both Norton and Kaspersky installed on your system. Please remove both of them, then ensure that Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall are turned on (using Action Center in the System Tray). If this solves the problem, feel free to install the latest, Win8 compatible version of ONE program. DO NOT use more than one anti-virus or one firewall!

The memory dumps blame network drivers. Should the Norton/Kaspersky not be the problem, I'll give other instructions (Driver Verifier) later on to see what we can identify.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

PEGAGFN.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
