Windows 8 Bad Pool Caller Error - New Lenovo Y500

Hi -
I just purchased a new Lenovo Y500 and this is my first experience with Windows 8. I keep getting a BAD POOL CALLER error where it says my computer has encountered a problem and must restart. I have uploaded my .dmp files. please help me
