You have a 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card:
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win7/Win8 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7(and I suspect with Win8) - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7/Win8 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

You have a Killer e2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30). I have seen problems with these cards in Windows - both in Vista/Win7/Win8. Recently there's been an upsurge in the number of systems with BSOD's and with Killer cards.
1) Ensure that your Killer drivers are the latest, Win8 compatible drivers
2) Get a spare network card for your system (they're fairly cheap - around $15 US from most major retailers). It's a good idea to have a spare on hand anyway. Then test with the spare card to see if that stops the BSOD's.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

The memory dump blames your video drivers, please:
- download a fresh set of the latest, Win8 compatible drivers from World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies | NVIDIA
- uninstall the current video drivers
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thank you for your support!

So far im not getting any BSOD when i updated my drivers (using MSI Live Update 5)

I'm using a 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card because my online game is lagging when im using a LAN connection. I already updated my Killer e2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30) driver but still having the same lag issues.

What would be the cause of my lagging issue?

Since you've updated the Killer network card drivers and still have the problem, then:
- get a new network card (a cheap card from a major retailer will cost about $15 US)
- uninstall the Killer software/drivers from your system
- remove the Killer card from your system and install the new network card
- install the new network card drivers (using the latest available, Win8 compatible drivers)
- test for further problems.

If the problem still remains after that, then we'll have you post over in the Networking forums for more expert help with that: Network & Sharing - Windows 8 Forums
