Please make sure that you have ALL Windows Updates.

[DEL]We have seen BSOD issues with Killer NIC cards. Please try another NIC card in order to rule out the Killer card.[/DEL]
Since this is a laptop, please be sure to have the latest drivers for the Killer NIC card. Another possibility is to disable the NIC card in the BIOS in order to see if it's causing problems.

Intel Wireless BlueTooth is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).

One of the 3 memory dumps blames the XBox controller by MotionInJoy. Also, the driver dated from 2009 (xusb21.sys) is known to cause BSOD's on Windows systems. Please uninstall the software for this device and physically remove the device from your system in order to test it.

Please uninstall MSI Afterburner (NTIOLib_X64.sys) as it's known to cause BSOD's on Windows systems. If overclocking, please stop while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume any overclock once the system is stable again.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Ahhh, the wonders of UEFI :0)
Try the steps here: GT70 not able to boot from CD/DVD
If you still can't boot from CD at that point, then it may be that Secure Boot is enabled. Disabling it may help.

Or, you can try the built in Windows Memory Diagnostic. Although I don't like the test, it's much easier to run from the Advanced Startup Options than any other test is.

Alrighty,i'll try that over weekend..(Pretty busy until weekend)From what i've seen in BIOS while setting boot priority something called "Secure Boot" IS enabled...Also,i said before that Windows Memory Diagnostic finds problem at 1% right when the tests starts..

I forgot about you running the Windows Memory Test :(
Your choices at this point are:
- to run the MemTest to verify the problem
- or to just go ahead and replace RAM.

You can try running either of the diagnostics on a single stick of RAM to see if that causes a problem.
If not, then try testing the other single stick alone to see if it's at fault.
(This presumes that you only have 2 sticks of RAM).

Good idea - let them know that it crashes on running the memory diags.
Good luck!

Short update: Disabling secure boot and switching boot mode from UEFI to legacy allowed me to run memtest86+...After 2 minutes it found 678 errors..So many errors in such a short time?
Edit:2300 now...5888...6144...

I was also thinking..Could it be a virus? It seems to be getting worse...More often BSODs,programs started to crash often..
Windows mail shows mails as &#0...

RAM failure should be covered by the warranty. Take it in for service and tell them what you found with MemTest/Windows Memory Diagnostic.
