BSOD - New laptop

I recently installed an SSD (OCZ Vertex 4) in my new laptop (Asus S56CA-DH51). It was installed for 2 days and then I got my optical HDD caddy and installed my OEM (Hitachi 5400 RPM, 750 GB) drive in the optical drive. A couple days after I did this and a few windows updates, this started happening every time I boot up or wake it from sleep.

I disabled hibernation and hybrid sleep, didn't fix the problem.

Have you tried system restore?

i had the same repeatedly. Only a 'restore to factory' fixed it. All fine since!

as in restoring it to an older point?

it's only a 3 day old OS install. I can't imagine there's very many restore points that were created. There has to be another way without wiping this thing again

i restored to factory state within a week of getting win8 up. no restore points available... if early days, do a factory reset, IMHO
