Well ever since I got BF3, my pc has been getting the BSOD almost every game. This is the only game I encounter issues with the BSOD. Thank you for any help.

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

This device isn't working:
Standard SATA AHCI Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E02&SUBSYS_84CA1043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&FA This device cannot start.
Please download and install the latest set of Win8 compatible chipset drivers for your system.

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.
Processor may be overclocked!
Expected Frequency: 3400
Actual Frequency: 3503
Overclock Ratio: 1.03029

The 3 latest BSOD's all point to your ATI video drivers. Please follow the steps here to ensure that you've troubleshot all of the problems that could be happening: Video TDR Timeout - 0x116 + 0x117 - Sysnative Forums

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
