EDIT: error 0x000021a can't reisntall OS

Okay so a few hours ago my ASUS laptop suddenly crashed and I had to reset it. Then it went to a "preparing automatic repair" loop where it goes to "preparing automatic repair" for a few minutes, screen goes black, goes to windows 8 loading screen, then BSOD so fast for me to see the actual error and to the ASUS logo then back to "preparing automatic repair". It won't even go to advanced startup options and there isn't way to get it to Windows 8 apparently. I decided to just reinstall the OS so I inserted the Windows 8 bootable disk in my DVD drive. It goes up to "press any key to boot from CD or DVD..." Screen then goes black for a few seconds and goes to the windows 8 loading screen, then after a few minutes goes black for another few minutes then BSOD and restarts again going back to the ASUS logo. I tried to change the boot option properties in BIOS even. I have no idea what to do at this point and it's very exhausting.
EDIT: I found the BSOD error to be 0x000021a

UPDATE: Fixed

UPDATE: It seems the Windows 8 installer didn't run properly when I tried to boot it, so I tried a Windows 7 disc instead and it worked perfectly. Of course everything's wiped out but it turned out to be successful. After that I reinstalled Windows 8 again and now it works fine. So if anyone ever gets a similar problem as mine earlier the last resort would probably be installing a different version of Windows first before doing anything else. At least it worked for me anyway.
