The memory dumps shows that the probable culprit is nvhda64v.sys. This is the nVidia HDMI Audio Device (nForce chipset driver). Please consider updating or reinstalling these driver on the NVIDIA drivers page.

I have the latest one, 314.22 installed for GeForce GT650M

Then this bad man make-a you problem:

CS420x64 CS420x64.sys Thu Nov 11 19:04:13 2010

and/or bad Apple.

What driver is this?

What driver is this?

Cirrus Logic HD Audio driver.

You can make-a test by disable him in Device Manager then reboot and see if good or bad.

If bad still, look at Apple.

You mean shutdown and startup right? Because that's when Fast Startup kicks in and gives me a BSOD. A cold boot is fine. But then, won't disabling this mean disabling my speakers?
