Win 8 BSOD 0x133 Probably caused by : tcpip.sys

Hey guys,
At some stage last night my PC must have restarted as I saw the vanilla error message in the morning.
It's a new machine, no GPU installed at the moment and very little drivers.
Downloaded WinDbg and had a quick look but I'm new to all the drivers so not really sure on what is the cause.
Only thing I've recently installed in google Chrome, don't know if that's the issue or not.
Here's the dump and any help is very much appreciated!

Crashes indicate Symantec being a possible cause. Remove Symantec and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if it provides more stability. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase

Please run these tests and report back the results

1. SFC /scannow to check windows for corruption - SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
2. Disk check for errors on the hard drive - Disk Check

4. Memtest86+ paying close attention to part 3 - RAM - Test with Memtest86+
5. Hard drive test from HDD mfg website - Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

Yea I was thinking that norton was rearing it's head, fair few others have same bccode with AV as the issue.

Is Bitdefender/MSE any good with Win 8? I used it with Win 7 but found it to be pretty bad at catching viruses etc.

I've ran memtest, SFC /scannow and error checked (new SSD so was pretty sure this would be okay) but I haven't troubleshot the applications. I'll give that a go too and get back to you.

I find Security essentials very reliable. I switched to it from Avira back in 2009 and haven't had a virus since.
I do clean installs very often but despite of that I never caught a virus.
